As of January 1, 2013, Michael's has reinstated the 4 student minimum for each class.  If a class does not have 4 students signed up 48 hours before the class time then the class will be cancelled.  Students will be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the class time.  PLEASE PROVIDE A CORRECT AND LEGIBLE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN SIGNING UP.  We don't want to have to cancel any classes so make sure you sign up early!

Supplies for each class includes:

• Gingerbread House Kit (includes prebaked, precut gingerbread pieces, pre-made icing, 2 colors fondant, candy pieces, decorating bag, round plastic tip)
• Spatula (for icing and decorating)
• 1 Plastic Dowel Rod or Rolling Pin (for rolling out fondant)
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for making snow around house)
• Paper Towels or Napkins for clean-up
• 24 inch piece of narrow Ribbon, string or yarn (to decorate the edge of the board)
• Scissors
• Tape
• Apron
• Box to carry home finished house

You learn this technique in Course 1.  It's a pattern transfer then filled in with icing!

Since both Course 1 classes in November are full I have the calendars for December and January.  In December there will be a Course 1 on Sundays December 2, 9, 16, 23 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.  Then in January there will be a Course 1 on Thursday nights January 10, 17, 24, 31 from 6:30-8:30 pm.  If you sign up for Course 1 before November 10th then it is still only $10.00.
